My name is Elena Ruano, working at Hacienda Nueva Country Club as an accountant in charge of the Condominio Hacienda Nueva. This company gave me the opportunity to receive the English course 2 hours per week for 8 months and has seen my progress in English. I like the methodology used, as it is simple and easy to understand. The rotation of teachers I think is very good as the ear develops, and gets used to different accents. It is noteworthy that each teacher makes the class enjoyable. This program has helped me a lot. I was one of those people who can understand what I speak, write and translate in 60%, but never speak, but now I dare to speak it to my friends and even in my work since the type of development work, dealing with people who speak little Spanish, but now I dare to speak in English, without shame or fear. In short Universal Language is a methodology and faculty very capable and effective.
